We Accept Insurance

We are affiliated with the following insurance plans. 

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (we are not currently accepting any new patients with BCBS)
  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare
  • Onenet PPO
  • GEHA
  • MAMSI
  • Medicare (Participating providers as of January 1, 2011, for current patients only.)

When you receive care from our practice, we’ll be happy to submit the claim to your insurance company on your behalf. You’ll be expected to pay for any applicable co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, or non-covered services in a timely manner.

If you do not have health insurance, you will be required to pay for your visits in full at the time of service. We do offer a discount for patients that pay at the time of service. If you have an insurance with which we do not participate, we will still be happy to see you but must ask that you pay in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with the billing manager. We will submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy but must ask that you do any follow up with the insurance company if necessary. 

Membership Fees

As a membership patient in our practice, you’ll be asked to join Privia Health. The monthly membership fee is a small fraction of what many “concierge medicine” physicians in our area charge ($2,000 or more per year) - and typically those physicians do not offer the breadth of wellness benefits that are included in our Privia membership. We feel ours is a much better value for our patients.

Membership Fees
Privia Gold Membership $60 per month  ($30 per month if you are under age 40)
Privia Platinum Membership $80 per month
